  To the manager Homebase Cowley. Having bought a kitchen for £6500 very recently, I am very disappointed at the service I have received since, the kitchen was measured incorrectly by your own staff resulting in items not needed but I paid for them, it has taken almost seven weeks of making many phone calls to the Cowley store for them to collect and refund the items.it was only after I phoned your head office and spoke to Anna from the kitchen department that anything was done. The items were collected on the 22/11/2014 so we went to the store for them to make the refund on the 24/11/2014 only to be told we would have to return later as the only person who could do the refund was busy. We returned later and again we were told the person was still busy and we were asked to make an appointment for the refund, I insisted that I was not prepared to return again and finally the refund was made by another person which could have been done on our first visit.
